We're famous for our Fish Fingers, so partnered succulent pieces of haddock with a panko crumb infused with lemon and black pepper. After all, the weekend is in sight - you deserve a bit of a treat.
Preparation
Tastiest when GRILLED STRAIGHT FROM THE FREEZER
Grill - From Frozen
- Pre-heat grill, Medium Grill, 16-18 mins
- Turn over occasionally
- Cook until crisp and golden
Alternatively, Oven cook - From Frozen
- Pre-heat oven 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas Mark 7, 16 - 18 mins
- Place in middle of oven on a baking tray
- Turn over halfway through cooking
- Cook until crisp and golden
Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot. These instructions are guidelines only. Do NOT refreeze after defrosting.
