Pre-heat the grill to Medium and grill for 30-35 minutes. Turn over occasionally.
Alternatively, oven bake: Pre-heat the oven to 230°, 210°C Fan, Gas Mark 8. Cook in the middle of the oven on a baking tray with upturned edges fro 16-18 minutes. Turn over twice through cooking.
To barbecue, charcoal must be glowing red with a powdery grey surface before cooking. Turn over regularly. Cook until no pink meat remains.
Storage Instructions
Store in a freezer at -18°C or cooler.
