Prawn Curry With Rice

We know a thing or two about Curries; we've been making them for over 30 years. For our Prawn Curry, we only use juicy prawns, prepared in a blend of spices with tomato and onion.

Preparation

Tastiest when MICROWAVED STRAIGHT FROM THE FREEZER.

Oven cook - From Frozen

  • Pre-heat oven 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas Mark 5, 30 - 35 mins
  • Pierce film lid
  • Middle of oven on baking tray

Alternatively, Microwave - From Frozen

  •  Pierce the film lid
  •  Microwave on Full Power for: 650W/B 8 mins, 750W/D 7 mins, 850W/E 6 mins
  •  Peel back the film lid, stir rice then sauce, replace film
  •  Microwave on Full Power for: 650W/B 2 mins, 750W/D 2 mins, 850W/E 2 mins
  •  Stand for 1 minute, stir then serve

Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot. These instructions are guidelines only. Do NOT refreeze after defrosting.



Storage Instructions

Store in a freezer at -18°C or cooler.
