6 Inspirations Cod Fish Fingers

There are evenings during the week when you just fancy something a bit more special. That's why we created Birds Eye Inspirations; a collection of mouth-watering dishes made with only the freshest, finest ingredients. We're famous for our Fish Fingers, so we've partnered succulent pieces of cod with a crumb infused with sea salt and black pepper. After all, the weekend is in sight - you deserve a bit of a treat.

Preparation

Tastiest when GRILLED STRAIGHT FROM THE FREEZER

Grill - From Frozen 

  • Pre-heat grill, Medium Grill 16-18 mins
  • Turn over occasionally
  • Cook until crisp and golden

Alternatively, Oven cook - From Frozen 

  • Pre-heat oven 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas Mark 7, 16 - 18 mins 
  • Place in middle of oven on a baking tray
  • Turn over halfway through cooking
  • Cook until crisp and golden

Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot. These instructions are guidelines only. Do NOT refreeze after defrosting.



Storage Instructions

Store in a freezer at -18°C or cooler.
