2 Rosemary and Sea Salt Dusted Cod Fillets

We've partnered succulent cod fillets with a light rosemary and sea salt crumb. There are evenings during the week when you just fancy something a bit more special. That's why we created Birds Eye Inspirations; a collection of mouth-watering dishes made with only the freshest, finest ingredients. After all, the weekend is in sight - you deserve a bit of a treat.

Preparation

Tastiest when OVEN BAKED STRAIGHT FROM THE FREEZER

Oven cook - From Frozen 

  • Pre-heat oven 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas Mark 7, 20 mins
  • Cook in the middle of the oven on a baking tray, until crisp and golden

Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot. These instructions are guidelines only. Do NOT refreeze after defrosting.



Storage Instructions

Store in a freezer at -18°C or cooler.
