Green Cuisine Meat-Free Sausages

We take a specially selected variety of pea and take all the protein goodness* from the dried peas. Then we add our unique combination of herbs and spices for a succulent taste experience that's rich in Protein and a source of Fibre
*Protein contributes to the maintenance of muscle mass.

Preparation

Tastiest when Oven Baked Straight from the Freezer.

Oven cook - From Frozen

200°C, Fan 180° C, Gas Mark 6: 13-15 mins

  1. Pre-heat the oven.
  2. Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven.
  3. Turn over halfway through cooking.

Pan cook - From Frozen

Low heat 10-15 mins

  1. Pre-heat 1 tbsp of oil in a non-stick frying pan.
  2. Place the Meat-Free Sausages in the pan and shallow fry.
  3. Turn over occasionally.

To barbecue:

Charcoal must be glowing red with powdery grey surface before cooking. Turn over regularly.



Storage Instructions

Store in a freezer at -18ºC or cooler

#Methylcellulose is derived from a natural plant material. We use it to maintain the Meat-Free Sausage shape and texture.

May also contain CELERY, MUSTARD and OAT.
