Our frozen cod fillets are coated in a lightly spiced breaded coating and filled with soft and flaky cod. These frozen fish fingers have flavour locked in from sea to plate – plus they’re responsibly sourced!

Preparation

Tastiest when Oven Baked Straight from the Freezer
  • Pre-heat oven 230°C, Fan 210°C, Gas Mark 8, 12 - 15 mins  
  • Top part of oven on a baking tray.
  • Turn over halfway through cooking
  • Cook until crisp and golden

Grill - From Frozen

  • Pre-heat grill, Medium Grill, 12 - 15 mins
  • Turn over occasionally
  • Cook until crisp and golden

Storage Instructions

Store in a freezer at -18°C or cooler.
