Our method
- Wash and boil the potatoes.
- Clean, season and grill the skate.
- Refer to pack cooking instructions to cook the peas. Melt the butter in pan and gently sauté the peas and capers until slightly brown.
- Serve the fish and potatoes on a plate and garnish with the peas and capers.
Best accompanied by a mixed salad.
