Wild Salmon Burger

Ingredients

  • ½ of Birds Eye Simply Salmon Fillet with garlic and Herb Crust
  • 1 sesame bun
  • 1 Iceberg lettuce
  • 1 tomato (sliced)
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 1tsp of ketchup
  • 1tsp of yoghurt

To Prepare

  • 1 Cook the Birds Eye Simply Salmon Fillet as per pack instructions

  • 2 Warm the buns in the oven for 2 min

  • 3 Spread one half of the bun with ketchup and the other with yoghurt

  • 4 Fill with lettuce tomato onion and fish
