Soya Stir Fry

Serves: 4 - Ready in: 15mins

Soya Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • ½ a Yellow pepper (sliced)
  • ½ a red pepper (sliced)
  • 200g of Birds Eye Soya Beans
  • 2 sticks of celery (cut diagonally)
  • 1 small (200g) packet of bean sprouts
  • 65g of spring onions (cut diagonally)
  • 100g of chestnut mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
  • 1tbsp of vegetable oil
  • Dash of soy sauce
  • Dash of chilli sauce
  • Peel from ½ an orange

To Prepare

  • 1 Heat the oil in a wok, add the garlic, celery and spring onions and fry for about 1 min

  • 2 Add the peppers, mushrooms and Birds Eye Soya Beans, fry for a couple of minutes

  • 3 Add the bean sprouts and sauces and cook for two further minutes

  • 4 Finish off with the orange zest

Top Tip

  • If the Birds Eye Soya Beans have given you the taste for an authentic oriental stir-fry, try also adding ½ an inch of grated ginger to really bring up the flavour
