Simply Bake to Perfection Chunky  Wild Pink  Salmon Fillets

Ingredients

  • 1 Birds Eye Simply Bake to Perfection Chunky Wild Pink Salmon Fillet with a lemon and herb butter sauce
  • 200g Baby New Potatoes
  • 160g Asparagus
  • Seasoning to taste

To Prepare

  • 1 Cook your Birds Eye Simply Bake to Perfection Salmon fillet from frozen as per pack instructions: place your Bake Perfect Bag™ on a baking tray, in a pre-heated oven, for 25 mins

  • 2 Meanwhile, boil the new potatoes for approx 15 mins and steam the asparagus above the potatoes for about 8 mins (or alternatively, boil the asparagus for about 5 mins)

  • 3 After 25 minutes, remove the bag from the oven, shake gently and cut the end of the bag. Season the vegetables to taste. Arrange all ingredients on to a plate

  • 4 Enjoy the finest fish, infused with a mouth-watering herb butter sauce, cooked to perfection
