Simply Bake to Perfection Chunky Wild Alaska Pollock Fillets

Simply Bake to Perfection Chunky  Wild Alaska  Pollock Fillets

Ingredients

  • 1 Birds Eye Simply Bake to perfection Pollock Fillet
  • 1 portion of mashed potato (60g)
  • 1 portion of baby carrots (40g)
  • 1 portion of French beans (40g)
  • 1 spring onion (10g)

To Prepare

  • 1 Cook your Simply Bake to Perfection Pollock as per pack instructions: place your Bake Perfect Bag™ on a baking tray, in a pre-heated oven, for 25 mins

  • 2 Meanwhile, cook the potato in boiling water for approx 15-20 mins. Drain the water off, mash and season

  • 3 Finely chop the spring onion and add to the mashed potato

  • 4 Cook the baby carrots for 10 min in boiling water or steam for 12 mins and cook the beans in boiling water for 6 mins or steam for 8 mins

  • 5 After 25 minutes, remove the bag from the oven, shake gently and cut the end of the bag. Season the vegetables to taste. Arrange all ingredients on to a plate

  • 6 Enjoy the finest fish, infused with a mouth-watering garden herb butter sauce, cooked to perfection
