1 Place the 3 Birds Eye Salmon Fish Fingers in a grill pan and grill on medium heat for about 12mins turning occasionally until nice and brown
2 Cook 100g of original mixed vegetables (microwave or boil as per pack) or use a steam fresh bag
3 Break 2 eggs in a bowl and beat, heat a small frying pan and 2 tsp of oil
4 Pour the eggs in the pan and add the cooked mixed vegetables
5 When nearly cooked, place the Birds Eye Salmon Fish Fingers on the eggs
6 Put under the grill for about 5mins until nice and brown, fold in half and serve
