Posh Fish Finger Sarnie

Ingredients

  • 3 Birds Eye Salmon Fish Fingers
  • 1 ciabatta bread cut in 2 slices
  • 1 tbs of low fat mayonnaise
  • Freshly cut dill

To Prepare

  • 1 Lightly toast 2 slices of ciabbatta

  • 2 Place 3 Birds Eye Salmon Ffish fingers under a grill on med heat for about 12 mins turning occasionally until nice and golden brown

  • 3 Spread a small amount of low fat mayonnaise on one slice of the toast

  • 4 Add some freshly cut dill

  • 5 Put the Birds Eye Salmon Fish Fingers on top and the second slice of toast
