Original Quarter Pounder with Beetroot and Caesar Salad

Ingredients Burgers

  • 4 Birds Eye Original Quarter Pounders
  • 4 white burger buns
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices of tomato
  • 2 small cooked beetroot, sliced

Ingredients Salad

  • 2 cos lettuce
  • 8tbsp of French dressing
  • 30g of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 500g of Birds Eye Garden Peas (cooked and cooled)
  • 200g of garlic croutons

To Prepare the Burgers

  • 1 Grill the burgers from frozen as per pack instructions

  • 2 Halve and toast the burger buns

  • 3 Place the beetroot and cheese on the burger and place back under the grill to melt the cheese

  • 4 Assemble all the ingredients in the burger buns

To Prepare the Salad

  • 1 Wash and cut the lettuce

  • 2 Mix it with parmesan and peas

  • 3 Top with garlic croutons

  • 4 Drizzle with dressing

  • 5 For an authentic flavour add a few chopped anchovies to the dressing

  • 6 (Approx per serving - Energy: 285Kcal, Fat: 22.0)
