Original Chicken Fillet Burger with Green Pesto

Ingredients

  • 2 Birds Eye Original Chicken Fillet Burgers
  • 2 handfuls of mixed salad leaves
  • 1 large bunch of fresh basil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2tbsp of olive oil
  • 20g of toasted pine nuts
  • 30g of parmesan cheese
  • 2 ciabatta rolls

To Prepare

  • 1 To make the pesto sauce, place the basil, garlic, olive oil, toasted pine nuts and Parmesan cheese in a blender and whizz together

  • 2 Grill the burger from frozen and top with the pesto sauce
