Fish Finger Pie

Fish Finger Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of 10 Birds Eye Fish Fingers
  • 1 can of baked beans
  • 500g of mashed potatoes
  • cheese (grated)

To Prepare

  • 1 Pre-heat oven to 200ºC/gas mark 6

  • 2 Make up mashed potato. While doing this, grill fish fingers on both sides until golden, as pack instructions

  • 3 When fish fingers are ready, lay them in a medium sized oven dish and cover with the baked beans

  • 4 Place mash on top of beans and spread out, evenly covering the beans

  • 5 Then lightly sprinkle grated cheese on top

  • 6 Place in oven for 10 to 20 mins or until cheese is golden and bubbling

  • 7 Serve with salad or seasonal vegetables a meal the whole family will enjoy
