1 Cook the Fish Fingers and frankfurters as per pack instructions
2 Cut the Fish Fingers into two pieces. Cut the frankfurters the same size and score the top of each using a knife to give a criss cross pattern
3 Thread the tomato half, frankfurter and fish finger onto small kebab skewers
4 Mix all the salsa ingredients together. Serve the kebabs garnished with lime and herbs
