Fish Carbonara

Fish Carbonara

Ingredients

  • 4 Birds Eye Fish Steaks in Parsley Sauce
  • 100g of prawns (cooked, peeled)
  • 160g of Birds Eye Steam Bag Vegetables
  • 880g of spaghetti (cooked)
  • Parsley to garnish (chopped)

To Prepare

  • 1 Cook the Birds Eye Four Fish Steaks in Parsley Sauce as per pack instructions

  • 2 Empty the Birds Eye Cod in Parsley Sauce into a large saucepan and gently break the fish up with a fork

  • 3 Add the prawns and Birds Eye Steam Bag Vegetables and mix thoroughly. Season to taste

  • 4 Gently bring to the boil, stirring occasionally

  • 5 Add the cooked spaghetti and sprinkle with parsley

  • A delicious, quick carbonnara that will have the family saying grazie before you know it
