Fish and Witches Fingers

Ingredients

  • 10 Birds Eye 100% Cod Fish Fingers
  • 5 small long sweet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp of mild curry powder
  • Seasoning to taste

To Prepare

  • 1 Wash the sweet potatoes and cut into 4 -6 chips depending on diameter of potato

  • 2 Place in a bowl and rub with seasoning, oil and curry powder. Bake at 180ºC/gas mark 4, for 30 minutes, turning halfway through cooking

  • 3 Cook the fish fingers as per pack instructions

  • 4 Assemble on a plate with a dip of your choice
