1 Cook and mash the potatoes with a little seasoning
2 Cook the Beans and Sweetcorn as per on pack instructions
3 Cook the fish with the onion and bay leaf in the milk for 4 minutes
4 Lift out the cooked fish with a slotted spoon and place in an oven proof dish ready for the pie
5 Make a roux with the butter and the flour, add the fish liquor and stir it in to make a sauce
6 Add the Beans and Sweetcorn to the fish in the dish, pour the sauce over, sprinkle with the parsley
7 Place the mashed potatoes over, fluff with a fork and sprinkle with the grated cheese
8 Cook in a pre-heated oven at 200ºC/ gas mark 6, for approximately 35 minutes
