Crispy Sweet and Sour Chicken

Crispy Sweet and Sour Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of 4 Birds Eye Crispy Chicken
  • 1 pack or jar of ready-made sweet and sour sauce
  • 250g of white and wild rice (uncooked)

To Prepare

  • 1 Prepare the Birds Eye Crispy Chicken as pack instructions

  • 2 Place the rice into boiling water and bring back to the boil and cook for 20 minutes

  • 3 Pour the sauce into a saucepan and bring to the boil simmer for 2-3 mins

  • 4 Slice each of the hot Crispy Chicken portions into about four or five slices and arrange on a bed of rice top with sauce
