1 Whilst you cook the Chicken Dippers as per pack instructions, prepare the Salsa & Guacamole (or buy these readymade to save even more time!)
2 Heat the tortillas as per pack instructions
3 Fill the tortillas with shredded lettuce, 3-4 dippers, Guacamole and Salsa
4 Wrap & Serve
1 Chop all ingredients into small pieces, season with the lime juice and milled pepper
1 Finely dice 1 red chilli and add to the chopped onion
2 Cut the avocado length ways, remove the stone, remove the flesh from skin with a desert spoon and roughly chop
3 Mix all the ingredients into a bowl mix and season to taste
