Chicken Burger with Salsa

Serves: 2 - Ready in: 20mins

Chicken Burger with Salsa

Ingredients Burgers and Vegetables

  • 2 Birds Eye Chicken Burgers
  • 2 sliced ciabatta breads
  • Lettuce
  • 1/2 small courgette
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1/2 yellow pepper
  • 4 baby corns
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 2tbsp of olive oil
  • Sprig of rosemary

Ingredients Salsa

  • 2 small tomatoes
  • 2 small red onions
  • Sprig coriander
  • 1 small chilli
  • Dash of lime juice

To Prepare the burgers

  • 1 Grill the Birds Eye Burgers as per pack instructions

  • 2 Toast the ciabattas under the grill and fill with the burgers, lettuce and salsa

  • 3 Serve with grilled vegetables

To Prepare the salsa

  • 1 Chop all ingredients

  • 2 Season with the lime juice and milled pepper

To Prepare the vegetables

  • 1 Cut the vegetables into large chunks toss in oil and grill with the rosemary
