Caesar salad with Chicken Dippers

Ingredients Caesar Salad

  • 1 bag of Birds Eye Chicken Dippers
  • 1 large bag of mixed green salad
  • 2 thick slices of white bread (cubed and shallow fried in 2tsp of olive oil)
  • 25g of fresh parmesan (thinly sliced or grated)
  • 1tbsp of olive oil
  • 1tbsp of white wine vinegar
  • 1tbsp of fresh basil (chopped)
  • Pepper

Ingredients Herb Bread

  • 1 large French bread loaf
  • 3tbsp of olive oil
  • 2tsp of mixed fresh herbs (chopped)

To Prepare Caesar Salad

  • 1 Cook the Birds Eye Chicken Dippers as per pack instructions

  • 2 Mix with salad, top with croutons and parmesan

  • 3 Mix the olive oil & vinegar with the chopped basil and pour over

  • 4 Prepare the herb bread by slicing the French bread lengthways

  • 5 Mix the herbs with the olive oil and brush onto the bread

  • 6 Place under the grill and lightly toast and serve with Caesar Salad
