1 Mix the yoghurt and lemon juice with the sliced cucumber and chopped coriander, season to taste
2 Grill the burgers as per pack insctructions from frozen, toast the ciabatta rolls
3 Place the burgers in the buns with the sauce on top
1 Cook the potatoes, drain and slice
2 Cook soya beans as per pack instructions
3 Chop the salami
4 Make the dressing with all the remaining ingredients, season with salt and pepper
5 Mix the potatoes, beans and salami with the dressing and leave for 1 hour to marinate. Place in a bowl and serve
