    To Prepare...

    Tastiest when COOKED STRAIGHT FROM THE FREEZER.

    To boil:
    - Boil 2 mins Place in pan.
    - Add boiling water to cover.
    - Bring back to boil.
    - Cover pan, simmer for 2 mins.

    Alternatively, microwave: For 160g (approximately 2 servings).
    - Place in a microwavable bowl.
    - Add 15ml (1tbsp) water and cover.
    - Microwave FULL POWER: 3½ mins at 650W/B, or 3 mins at 750W/D, or 2½ mins at 850W/E.
    - Drain and serve.


    -Please ensure your food is cooked until piping hot.
