To Prepare...


Tastiest when MICROWAVED STRAIGHT FROM THE FREEZER.

Microwave Full power : 10 mins at 650W/B or 10 mins at 750W/D or 9 mins at 850W/E
- Remove outer sleeve before cooking.
- Please do not pierce the film lid before cooking.
- Place the tub directly into the microwave.
- Shake halfway through cooking, taking care as tub may be hot.
- Stand for 2 minutes. Remove from microwave and peel off the film lid.
- Stir gently and serve, taking care as the tub will be hot and steam will escape.


-Please ensure your food is cooked until piping hot.

-Do NOT re-freeze once defrosted.
