Carrots (40%), Cauliflower (32%), Green Beans (28%).
To Prepare...
Tastiest when MICROWAVED STRAIGHT FROM THE FREEZER.
Microwave :
- Open outer bag.
- Remove steamer bag(s) and place printed side up, unopened on a microwavable plate.
- Place in the microwave.
- Microwave on FULL POWER:
For one bag: 3½ mins at 650W/B or 3 mins at 750W/D or 3 mins at 850W/E.
For 2 bags: For 2 bags: 6 mins at 650W/B or 5½ mins at 750W/D or 5½ mins at 850W/E
- Stand for 1 minute. Remove the bag from the microwave, drain and serve.
-If cooking more than one bag make sure that they are not overlapping .
-Do not pierce the bag.
-Do not microwave outer packaging.
-During cooking the bag will slowly inflate as the steam builds up.
-A special vent in the bag will allow the steam to slowly escape during cooking and a slight whistling sound may be heard.
-Tear bag open along dotted line and serve.
-BE CAREFUL! THE CONTENTS WILL BE VERY HOT.
