Garlic and Herb Breadcrumb: Wheat Flour, Sunflower Oil, Maize Flour, Butter Powder, Garlic Powder, Yeast, Glucose, Skimmed Milk Powder, Salt, Parsley, Wheat Gluten.
Garlic and Herb Marinade: Water, Sunflower Oil, Maize Starch, Garlic Purée, Salt, Tarragon, Ground Bay Leaves.

Tastiest when OVEN BAKED straight from the freezer.
Oven bake: 25 mins - 200° C - Fan 180°C - Gas Mark 6
- Pre-heat oven.
- Remove film cover.
- Place container on a baking tray in the middle of the oven..
-For one piece of fish, reduce the cooking time by about 5 minutes.
-DO NOT re-freeze after defrosting.
-Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot.
