  • -Although great care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.

To Prepare...

Tastiest when oven baked straight from the freezer.
Oven bake: 15 mins - 220° C - Fan 200 °C - Gas Mark 7
- Pre-heat oven.
- Hottest part of oven on baking tray.
- Turn halfway through cooking.
- Cook until crisp and golden.
Alternatively, Medium Grill: 15 mins
- Pre-heat grill.
- Turn occasionally.
- Cook until crisp and golden.

-DO NOT re-freeze after defrosting.
