Organic Garden Peas, grown in the UK by experienced organic farmers in Norfolk and Suffolk. All Birds Eye Organic peas are also picked to frozen within 2 and 1/2 hours, capturing the flavour, the freshness & vitamins.

Organic Peas (100%)

One 80g serving of Birds Eye Peas provides one of your recommended 5 daily portions of fruit and vegetables.


    To Prepare...

    Microwave : For 170g (approximately 2 servings).
    - Place the Organic Peas in a microwavable bowl.
    - Add 15ml (1tbsp) water and cover.
    - Microwave on FULL POWER for: 4 mins at 650W/B, or 3½ mins at 750W/D, or 3 mins at 850W/E.
    - Drain and serve. Season to taste.

    Alternatively, boil:
    - Place in pan. Add boiling water to cover.
    - Boil 3 mins Bring back to the boil.
    - Season to taste.


    -Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot.
