Fish Bake with Broccoli and Cheese
White fish fillet with a broccoli and cheese sauce topping.

Ingredients
White Fish Fillet * (52%), Whole Milk, Broccoli (12%), Edam Cheese (5.3%), Vegetable Oil, Crème Fraîche,
Wheat Flour, Rice Starch, Skimmed Soft Curd Cheese, Pork Gelatine, Whey Powder, Salt, Spices, Potato Starch.

Contains Fish, Milk, Wheat.
*Depending on season and catch area we use one of the following types of fish.
For our fish dishes these are either Alaska Pollock (A) from the North Pacific, Saithe (B) from the North-East Atlantic and the North Sea, Hoki (C) from the South-West Pacific or Hake (D) from the Pacific Ocean.
Each of this whitefish species has an aromatic, mild taste and a tender texture and therefore is an excellent choice for our fish dishes.
You can identify which type of fish we used for this product by the letter printed after the best before date (see side of package / side flap).
- -Although great care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.
To Prepare...
Tastiest when OVEN-BAKED straight from the freezer.
Each tray provides two servings.
Two or more trays will require longer cooking time.
Oven bake: 45 mins - 220° C - Fan 200°C - Gas Mark 7
- Pre-heat oven.
- Remove film wrapping.
- Place container on a baking tray in the middle of the oven.
For fan-assisted ovens, the cooking time may need to be reduced by 5-10 minutes.
Alternatively, Microwave: 15 mins - 600W
- Transfer to a microwave and oven proof dish and add 3 tablespoons of water.
- Grill without microwave for approx 4 minutes until the topping is golden.
-For one piece of fish, reduce the cooking time by about 5 minutes.
-DO NOT re-freeze after defrosting.
