Chicken quarter pounders made with marinated chunks of 100% chicken breast meat, seasoned and coated in a rice coating.

Ingredients
Chicken Breast (50%), Breadcrumb, Batter, Vegetable Oil , Marinade.
Breadcrumbs: Rice Flour, Bread Crumbs (contains Wheat Flour, Yeast, Salt), Malt Extract.
Batter: Water, Wheat Flour, Wheat Starch, Salt, Maize Flour, Baking Powder (contains Raising Agents: E450, E500)*, Natural Flavouring, Mustard Flour.
Marinade: Water, Salt, Natural Flavouring.
Allergens: Contains Wheat, Mustard.
- -Although great care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.
- -*E450 and E500 are the basic ingredients of Baking Powder, which is used to make the batter light and crispy.
To Prepare...
Tastiest when OVEN BAKED STRAIGHT FROM THE FREEZER.
Oven: 40 mins - 220°C or Fan 200°C or Gas Mark 7
- Pre-heat oven.
- Place on a baking tray in middle of the oven.
Not suitable for gas grilling.
Alternatively, Grill: 18 mins - Medium Grill
- Make Pre-heat grill.
- Turn occasionally.
- Cook until crisp and golden.

-Do NOT re-freeze once defrosted.
