Simply Fish with Wedges and Steam Bag Veg

Ingredients

  • 2 Birds Eye Simply Battered Cods
  • 2 medium size potatoes
  • 2 portions of Birds Eye Steam Bag Vegetables
  • 2tbsp of olive oil
  • Seasoning to taste

To Prepare

  • 1 Cook your Birds Eye Simply Battered Cods as per pack instructions

  • 2 Chop the potatoes into wedges, toss in olive oil and dust with your choice of spices. (Tip- place all the ingredients in a plastic bag and shake.)

  • 3 Bake the wedges in the oven preferably in a separate tray to the fish

  • 4 Cook your Steam Bags Vegetables as per pack instructions

  • 5 Arrange on a plate and enjoy
