Sweet Chilli Sauce:
Water, Vegetable Oil, Butter, Sugar, Red Chillies (10%), Ginger, salt, Rice Starch, Garlic, Coriander, Concentrated Lemon juice, Natural Emulsifier (Sunflower Lecithin)#, Natural Colour (Paprika Extract)
#Lecithin is used to help the butter blend with the fish juices on cooking, it is a natural material found in many traditional food ingredients.

- -Although great care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.

Tasiest when OVEN BAKED STRAIGHT FROM THE FREEZER.
NOT SUITABLE FOR MICROWAVE COOKING
Oven bake: 20 MINS - 190° C - Fan 170 °C - Gas Mark 5
- Pre-heat oven.
- Place the bag containing the fish on a baking tray. Do not pierce the bag.
- Middle of the oven
For fan assisted ovens, cooking time may be reduced by 5 minutes.
Two or more portions may require longer time.
To Serve: Remove the bag from the oven, shake gently. Tear or cut the end of the bag with scissors. Be careful, contents will be hot!
