** Depending on season and catch are we use one of the following types of fish in this product. Alaska Pollock (A), Saithe (B), Hoki (C), Hake (D), Cod (E), Haddock (F) or Basa (P). Each of these white fish species has an aromatic, mild taste and a tender texture and therefore is an excellent choice for our Birds Eye Fish Fillets. You can identify which type of fish we used for this product by the letter printed after the best before date (see side of package/ side flap).
- -*E450 and E500 are the basic ingredients of Baking Powder, which is used to make the batter light and crispy.
To Prepare...
Tastiest when OVEN BAKED STRAIGHT FROM THE FREEZER.
35 mins in 200°C or Fan 180°C or Gas Mark 6
- Pre-heat oven.. Carefully cut or peel away the film lid over the fish and chips, keeping the film over the peas compartment intact.
- Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven.
-For fan assisted ovens the cooking time may be reduced by 5 minutes.
-Please ensure your food is cooked until piping hot.
-The above instructions are guidelines only.
-Do NOT re-freeze once defrosted.
