    To Prepare...

    To retain more vitamins, MICROWAVE STRAIGHT FROM THE FREEZER.

    Microwave: For 160g (approx. 1 servings).
    - Place the Mixed Vegetables in a microwavable bowl.
    - Add 15ml (1tbsp) water and cover.
    - Microwave on FULL POWER for: 5 ½ mins at 650W/B, or 5mins at 750W/D, or 4 ½mins at 850W/E.
    - Drain and serve. Season to taste.
    Alternatively, boil:
    - Place in pan. Add sufficient boiling water to cover.
    - Bring back to the boil.
    - Cover and simmer for 2 ½ mins.
    - Drain and serve.
    - Season to taste.



    -Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot.
