Terms and Conditions

This Birds Eye Supermousse competition is a free prize draw where 20 entrants will win one Birds Eye Supermousse branded space hopper each.

  1. This free prize draw is open to all residents of the UK aged 18 or over.

  2. There are 20 Birds Eye Supermousse branded Space hoppers to be won.

  3. Entrants must complete the associated entry form (first name/last name/valid email address/tick the Terms and condition box) and click 'Enter Now' for online submissions.

  4. Only one entry per person allowed. No postal entries will be accepted.

  5. Entries from organised groups and competition clubs, as well as bulk entries will not be accepted.

  6. There is no cash alternative. In the event that that the prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize to a similar experience of equivalent or greater value.

  7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost or mislaid entries or which are not received due to any problems with third party services, including internet connections, or invalid email address entered.

  8. Closing date for receipt of entries is midday on 8th January 2010.

  9. 20 winners will be selected at random after the closing date under independent supervision and will be notified by email by 15th January 2010.

  10. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  11. The winner may be required to take part in related publicity.

  12. The Promoter will ask the winner to send over by post proof that they are over 18 (photocopy of their ID) and confirmation of their residency address (must be in the UK). The winner will have to send over the required information by the 08/02/2010. If the winners haven’t sent the required information by the 08/02/2010, they shall forfeit their prize.

  13. Once confirmation that the winners are over 18 and live in the UK, the promoter will ship the space hopper to their residential address.

  15. Entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions. By entering the participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  16. Information collected by the Promoter in this promotion is done so under the guidelines of the Data Protection Act and all information is held in accordance with the principles laid down by the Act.

  17. These terms and conditions are made under English law.
