A delicious tuna melt on Birds Eye Potato Waffles, perfect for a quick lunchtime snack

Fish Cheese Potatoes Easy


Ingredients

  • 2 Birds Eye Waffles
  • 50g tinned tuna in brine (drained)
  • 30g creme fraiche
  • 15g medium Cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 2 tomato slices

Preparation

  • 1 Preheat grill on medium heat.- Grill the waffles for 8-10 mins. Alternatively oven cook at 220C for 12-15 mins.
  • 2 In a bowl, mix the tuna with the creme fraiche and half of the cheese.
  • 3 Place the waffles on a grill pan, top with the tuna mixture and sliced tomato.
  • 4 Sprinkle on the rest of the cheese and place under the grill until the cheese has melted.
