Wrap 'em how you like 'em. Fish finger wraps to share.

Fish Wraps Lettice Party

Ingredients

  • 12 12_Omega_3_Fish_Fingers
  • 1 Finely grated zest and juice of 1 lime
  • 1 Lemon for garnish
  • 6 wraps
  • 1 iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 1tbsp salsa, as hot as you like it
  • 1tbsp low fat yoghurt or sour cream

Preparation

  • 1 Grill the Birds Eye Fish Fingers for 12-15 minutes
  • 2 Warm the wraps on a plate
  • 3 Spread the wraps with salsa
  • 4 Top with lettuce and the fish fingers
  • 5 Squeeze the lime juice into the yoghurt and add a dollop of yoghurt and roll the wraps. Cut each wrap into two and arrange on a plate. Garnish with lemon
