Fish Baked beans Potatoes


  • 12 Birds Eye Fish Fingers
  • 400g (1can) baked beans
  • 500g potatoes
  • 50g grated cheese


  • 1 Pre-heat oven to 200C/gas mark 6
  • 2 Wash, peel, dice the potatoes and boil until soft.
  • 3 Using a masher, mash the potatoes until smooth, adding a little milk and butter if desired
  • 4 While the potatoes are cooking, cook the fishfingers as per pack instructions
  • 5 When fish fingers are ready, lay them in a medium sized oven dish and cover with the baked beans
  • 6 Spoon the mash on top of the beans and smooth over evenly with a fork
  • 7 Sprinkle grated cheese over the potato
  • 8 Place in oven for 15 to 20 mins or until cheese is golden.
